I need to update my shipping or billing address

Follow this simple guide on how to update your shipping or billing address in your account.

Step 1: Log in to "My Account"

  • Already have a Customer Portal account? Click Log In

  • Don’t have an account? Get a one-time passcode to access your Customer Account Portal.


Step 2: Click on My Account.

Click on 'Account Settings' to go to your account details.

Step 3: Click the Edit button in the Shipping Details section

Scroll down, and click the ‘Edit’ button in the Shipping Details section to update the address. Click the ‘Save’ button.

  1. Click the ‘Change’ button in the Billing Details section to update the address associated with your payment method.

  2. Enter the updated address information and click ‘Save’.
