I need to pause my subscription

You can delay your subscription up to one month.

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal account

    • If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to sign up first:

  2. Under 'My Subscriptions', click on 'Edit Subscription' for the product you need to delay.

  3. Click on 'Edit Date.'

  4. Choose the date from the calendar up to One Month in advance and click on 'Confirm.'

Your subscription will automatically renew on your chosen frequency based on this new date.
