Follow this simple guide to cancel your subscription and ensure everything is managed smoothly.

Step 1: Log in to your account

You’ll need a Customer Account Portal to manage your subscription.

⚠️Tip: Make sure you’re using the email address you used when making your purchase. A quick way to check is to look at your order confirmation email.

  • Already have a Customer Portal account? Click Log In.

  • Don’t have an account? Get a one-time passcode to access your Customer Account Portal.

Step 2: Go to My Subscriptions

Once logged in, select My Subscriptions in the top menu. Here you’ll see all active subscriptions associated with your account.

Step 3: Edit your subscription

Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Edit Subscription at the bottom of the subscription card.

Step 4: Choose to cancel

Scroll down and select I want to cancel. Please choose a reason for canceling.

⚠️ Canceling will stop all future orders that haven’t yet been processed. Orders already being prepared or sent on their way to you cannot be stopped. Please see more in our FAQ section below.

Restart Your Subscription Anytime

The best thing? You can reactivate your subscription at any time by clicking Reactivate under the Try Again section in My Subscriptions.

Customer Account Portal Issue / Login Problems

I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but the site is showing an error when I create my account. It asks if I’m using the same email I purchased with.

Check your order confirmation email to see which email you used to purchase. Then, try logging in with a one-time passcode. If it still doesn’t work, click the green chat button in the lower right corner to reach our support team quickly.

I forgot my password or can’t log in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Trouble logging in or forgot your password. Make sure to use the email address associated with your order, then click Send Link. You’ll receive a one-time passcode via email, which may take up to 5 minutes to arrive. The link is valid for 15 minutes only. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder.

I can’t log in to my account.

Ensure you’re using the email tied to your subscription. If the Customer Account Portal shows errors or your password reset doesn’t work, never hesitate to reach out to our support team. The fastest way to get help is by using the green chat button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Cancel Partial Subscription

Can I cancel only part of my subscription?

Yes. Go to My Subscriptions, select Edit Subscription, and choose the specific subscription you want to cancel.

You can manage your subscriptions exactly how you need:

  • Partial cancellations – will stop future orders only for the selected items. Everything else continues as normal.

  • Remove add-ons, keep your main product – only stop the items you don’t want.

  • Manage multiple subscriptions separately – adjust quantity, delivery date, or cancel each one individually.

The Order Has Been Processed

I canceled my subscription, but still received an order – why?

If you received an email confirmation for an order before canceling your subscription, that order has already been processed and cannot be stopped. Canceling your subscription will only prevent future shipments, so this order will be your last one.

💡 Tip: Always check your email order confirmations to see which orders have already been processed.
