I need to update my method of payment

Follow this simple step-by-step guide to easily edit and update your subscription payment method.

Step 1: Log in to "My Account"

  • Already have a Customer Portal account? Click Log In

  • Don’t have an account? Get a one-time passcode to access your Customer Account Portal.

Step 2: Go to "Account Settings"

Once logged in, click on ‘Account Settings’ on the menu

Step 3: Click on 'Update' on Payment Method.

  1. Choose either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.

  2. Enter the updated payment information and 'Save.' This will replace the information currently on file.

⚠️Important: If your card number, expiration date, or CVV do not match, the card number field will be highlighted in red. Please double-check your entry.


If you would like to remove all payment methods from your account, please contact our Customer Experience Team directly.
