Log in to your Customer Portal account
*If you have not signed up for an account with the Customer Portal, you will need to create your account first
Click on 'My Account.'
Click 'Change/Update' below Payment Method.
Choose either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
Enter the updated payment information and 'Save.' This will replace the information currently on file.
NOTE: If the credit card number does not match with the expiration date and CVV, the box surrounding the card number will be outlined in red.
If you would like to delete your payment method from your account, please contact our Customer Care team.
Important Notes
If your card number, expiration date, or CVV do not match, the card number field will be highlighted in red. Please double-check your entry.
If you would like to remove all payment methods from your account, please contact our Customer Experience Team directly.
