I need to edit my subscription

Follow this simple step-by-step guide to easily edit and update your subscription.

Here, you can update or change which products you are subscribed to, as well as:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Renewal date

  • Address details

  • Payment method

Step 1: Log in to "My Account"

  • Already have a Customer Portal account? Click Log In

  • Don’t have an account? Get a one-time passcode to access your Customer Account Portal.

Step 2: Go to My Subscriptions

Click My Subscriptions and then click on Edit Subscription next to the subscription you need to edit.

Ways to Edit Your Subscription


CHANGE DELIVERY FREQUENCY

  1. You can change how often you receive your autoship orders by selecting 'Edit' next to the Item that lists he Frequency.

  2. You can choose from every 2 weeks to every 6 months.

  3. Choose the frequency from the options, click 'Continue', choose the date from the calendar to start the new frequency, then click Confirm to the effective date.


CHANGE RENEWAL DATE

  1. To change the renewal date, click on 'Edit Date',

  2. click on the date you would like the next order to be billed, click on 'Confirm.'


CHANGE ADDRESS DETAILS

To update your shipping address, click on 'Edit' button next to the Shipping Address.

enter the changes, and click 'Save.'


CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD

You can update your payment method on your subscription, or by navigating to Account Settings.

  1. Click Edit on Payment Method

  2. Choose your preferred payment type:

    1. PayPal

    2. Credit or Debit Card

  3. Enter your new payment details and click 'Save'

  4. This action will replace the current payment method on file.

⚠️Important: If your card number, expiration date, or CVV do not match, the card number field will be highlighted in red. Please double-check your entry.
