Step 1: Log in to "My Account"
Already have a Customer Portal account? Click Log In
Don’t have an account? Get a one-time passcode to access your Customer Account Portal.
Step 2: Go to My Subscriptions
Click My Subscriptions and then click on Edit Subscription next to the subscription you need to edit.

You can change how often you receive your autoship orders by selecting 'Edit' next to the Item that lists he Frequency.
You can choose from every 2 weeks to every 6 months.
Choose the frequency from the options, click 'Continue', choose the date from the calendar to start the new frequency, then click Confirm to the effective date.

You can update your payment method on your subscription, or by navigating to Account Settings.
Click Edit on Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment type:
PayPal
Credit or Debit Card
Enter your new payment details and click 'Save'
This action will replace the current payment method on file.
⚠️Important: If your card number, expiration date, or CVV do not match, the card number field will be highlighted in red. Please double-check your entry.
