I need to edit my subscription

You can update which products you are subscribed to as well as adjust the delivery frequency.

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal account

    1. If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to sign up first:

  2. Click My Subscriptions and then click on Edit Subscription next to the subscription you need to edit.


CHANGE DELIVERY FREQUENCY

  1. You can change how often you receive your autoship orders by selecting 'Edit Frequency.' You can choose from every 2 weeks to every 6 months.

  2. Choose the frequency from the options, click 'Continue', choose the date from the calendar to start the new frequency, then click Confirm to the effective date.


CHANGE RENEWAL DATE

To change the renewal date, click on 'Edit Date', click on the date you would like the next order to be billed, click on 'Confirm.'


CHANGE ADDRESS DETAILS

To update your shipping address, click on 'Edit Address', enter the changes, and click 'Save.'


CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal account

  2. Navigate to the 'Billing' or 'Payment Methods' section

  3. Click 'Edit Method'

  4. Choose your preferred payment type:

    1. PayPal

    2. Credit or Debit Card

  5. Enter your new payment details and click 'Save'

  6. This action will replace the current payment method on file.

Important Notes

  • If your card number, expiration date, or CVV do not match, the card number field will be highlighted in red. Please double-check your entry.

  • If you would like to remove all payment methods from your account, please contact our Customer Experience Team directly.
