Items must be unopened and in the same condition you received them.
Orders that are being prepared by our fulfillment team or that have already shipped cannot be stopped mid-delivery. You can still pause or cancel future shipments at any time.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive your returned item. Returned products are inspected upon arrival. It can take up to 2 weeks before your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
