Can I exchange products?

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. However, we’re happy to help you resolve any issues with your order.

If the Product Is Defective

Please contact us and include:

  • A clear photo of the product you received

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.

If You Want a Different Product

If your item is not defective and you'd like a different product:

  2. Place a new order for the product you’d prefer
