Will the product formula or ingredients change?
No. Our formulas remain unchanged, delivering the same high-quality ingredients and benefits your pet deserves. That said, we’re always working behind the scenes with veterinarians and nutritionists to enhance our formula’s over time—and any future improvements will be clearly communicated to you.
Will the quality or sourcing change?
No. Our products will continue to be manufactured in the USA using both domestic and globally-sourced ingredients—each formula rigorously tested for quality. We remain NASC-certified, so every batch meets the highest industry standards.
Do I need to do anything because of the rebrand?
Nothing at all! Keep giving your pet their daily supplement just as before. The transition is purely visual—you don’t need to switch products, update your subscription, or re-order anything differently.
Will my subscription be affected?
If you’re on auto-ship, your orders will continue to arrive on your regular cadence, now arriving in our fresh, new packaging. No action is required on your part.
