THE PACK™ BETA LOYALTY PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS

These The Pack™ Beta Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions ("Program Terms") govern participation in The Pack, a promotional loyalty and engagement program offered by PetLabCo.® ("PetLabCo.®," "we," "our," or "us").
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in The Pack, you agree to these Program Terms, as well as PetLabCo.®’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Program Terms and PetLabCo.®’s general Terms of Service, these Program Terms will govern solely with respect to matters relating to The Pack.
1. The Pack Program
The Pack is a promotional loyalty and engagement program designed to recognize and reward customers for engaging with PetLabCo.® products, subscriptions, educational content, mobile applications, customer experiences, and related activities.
Participants may earn Pack Points through designated activities and may progress through loyalty tiers that unlock promotional rewards, benefits, experiences, and offers. The Pack is intended to encourage engagement with PetLabCo.® and provide participants with opportunities to receive promotional benefits based on their participation.
The Pack is currently being offered as a limited beta program. Features, rewards, point values, qualification criteria, communications, and program mechanics may evolve as PetLabCo.® evaluates and improves the program.
2. Eligibility
Participation is available only to individuals who:
are legal residents of the United States;
are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
maintain an active PetLabCo.® customer account; and
receive an invitation or are otherwise designated by PetLabCo.® as eligible to participate.
Participation is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or sold. PetLabCo.® reserves the right to determine eligibility, limit participation, remove participants, or discontinue participation for any customer at any time and for any lawful reason.
3. Earning Pack Points
Participants may earn Pack Points through activities designated by PetLabCo.® from time to time. Qualifying activities may include purchases, subscription renewals, profile completion, application downloads, educational content engagement, product reviews, promotional campaigns, referrals, special events, surveys, or other activities identified by PetLabCo.®. PetLabCo.® may assign different point values to different activities. Point values, qualification requirements, earning opportunities, and promotional campaigns may be modified at any time.
Pack Points are awarded only after the applicable qualifying activity has been successfully completed and verified by PetLabCo.®. Certain activities may require processing time before points appear in a participant's account.
PetLabCo.® reserves the right to withhold, delay, adjust, reverse, or remove points where:
an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or charged back;
a subscription payment fails;
points were awarded in error;
fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or suspicious activity is identified;
the qualifying activity was not properly completed; or
PetLabCo.® reasonably determines that an adjustment is necessary to maintain program integrity.
PetLabCo.®’s records regarding point accrual, balances, and activity history shall govern absent manifest error. Any adjustment, reversal, or removal of points may result in reclassification of a participant's tier status and forfeiture of associated rewards.
4. Pack Points Have No Cash Value
Pack Points are promotional loyalty points only. Pack Points:
have no cash value;
are not redeemable for cash;
are not transferable;
are not property;
do not constitute a gift card, stored value product, deposit account, or other monetary instrument;
may not be sold, exchanged, pledged, or assigned.
Participants acquire no vested right in any Pack Points, rewards, tiers, or program benefits. Unless otherwise specified by PetLabCo.®, Pack Points do not expire while a participant's account remains active and the program remains in operation. Upon cancellation of a participant's account or subscription relationship, any accrued Pack Points may be forfeited and removed from the participant's account.
5. Tiers and Status Levels
The Pack currently includes multiple loyalty tiers designed to recognize customer engagement and participation. Tier names, qualification thresholds, rewards, benefits, and eligibility requirements are established by PetLabCo.® and may be modified at any time.

Best In Show
Tier status is promotional in nature and is intended to recognize engagement within the program. Tier status does not create any contractual entitlement to future rewards, discounts, benefits, or promotional opportunities. PetLabCo.® reserves the right to establish, modify, or reset tier qualification periods, including implementing annual or periodic tier resets, at any time.
PetLabCo.® may:
modify tier qualification thresholds;
add or remove tiers;
reclassify participants;
adjust benefits associated with any tier;
recalculate tier status; or
discontinue tier structures altogether.
Participants acknowledge that tier requirements and rewards may change during the beta phase.
6. Rewards and Promotional Benefits
Participants may become eligible for rewards, discounts, promotional offers, bonus point opportunities, early access experiences, exclusive communications, or other benefits as determined by PetLabCo.®. Rewards may be tied to specific tier achievements, promotional campaigns, engagement milestones, or other criteria established by PetLabCo.®. Unless otherwise stated, rewards:
are promotional in nature;
are not transferable;
may not be redeemed for cash;
may be subject to expiration dates;
may be subject to minimum purchase requirements;
may exclude certain products or categories;
may be limited in quantity or availability;
may not be combined or stacked with other promotions, coupons, referral credits, influencer codes, employee discounts, or other offers unless expressly permitted by PetLabCo.®; and may be modified, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Any reward not redeemed within the applicable promotional period may expire. PetLabCo.® reserves the right to substitute a reward with another reward of comparable promotional value as determined by PetLabCo.® in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any unused rewards, promotional benefits, or tier-based offers may be forfeited upon account closure, program termination, participant removal from The Pack, or termination of eligibility. Certain rewards may be automatically applied to a participant's next eligible subscription order.
7. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
Certain activities may permit participants to earn Pack Points in connection with submitting reviews, feedback, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content. Any Pack Points awarded in connection with reviews are awarded for submitting an honest review, regardless of whether the review is favorable or unfavorable. Participants agree that reviews and feedback will accurately reflect their genuine experiences and that participants will provide appropriate disclosure of any incentive received in connection with a review, as required by applicable law or platform policy. PetLabCo.® may remove, reject, moderate, or decline to publish content that violates applicable law, PetLabCo.® policies, or platform requirements. To the extent permitted by law, participants grant PetLabCo.® a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from submitted content for marketing, promotional, operational, and business purposes.
8. Subscription Activity
Certain opportunities to earn Pack Points may be connected to subscription activity, purchases, renewals, or related customer engagement. Participation in The Pack does not alter the terms governing any PetLabCo.® subscription and does not create any minimum purchase obligation beyond a participant's existing purchase decisions. Customers remain free to modify, skip, pause, or cancel subscriptions in accordance with PetLabCo.®’s applicable subscription terms.
The Pack is intended to reward engagement and participation and is not a separate paid membership program.
9. Beta Program Terms
The Pack is currently being tested and refined. During the beta period:
features may be added or removed;
point values may be adjusted;
rewards may be modified;
qualification thresholds may change;
communications may evolve;
functionality may contain errors, delays, or interruptions;
participants may be added to or removed from testing groups.
By participating, you acknowledge that program mechanics may change over time as PetLabCo.® evaluates performance and customer feedback.
10. Errors, Disputes, and Account Corrections
Participants are responsible for reviewing their account activity and notifying PetLabCo.® of any suspected errors. If a participant believes that points, rewards, or tier status have been incorrectly calculated, they should contact PetLabCo.® Customer Support within thirty (30) days after discovering the issue or within thirty (30) days after the date the error first appeared in the participant's account, whichever is later. PetLabCo.® reserves the right to investigate account activity, review eligibility, correct errors, and make final determinations regarding points, rewards, tiers, and program participation.
11. Program Abuse
PetLabCo.® may suspend or terminate participation in The Pack and may remove points, rewards, or tier status if it reasonably determines that a participant has:
violated these Program Terms;
engaged in fraudulent conduct;
attempted to manipulate the program;
abused promotional offers;
created multiple accounts to obtain benefits;
engaged in deceptive activity; or
otherwise interfered with the proper operation of the program.
PetLabCo.®’s determinations regarding program integrity and participant eligibility shall be final, subject to applicable law.
12. Program Changes and Termination
PetLabCo.® reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate The Pack at any time. Without limitation, PetLabCo.® may:
change how points are earned;
change point values;
modify rewards;
alter tier thresholds;
remove program features;
discontinue promotional benefits; or
terminate the program entirely.
If The Pack is terminated, all unused Pack Points, rewards, and tier benefits will be forfeited and will have no further value unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless PetLabCo.® , in its sole discretion, elects to provide a limited redemption or transition period. Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Program Terms. PetLabCo.® will endeavor to post updated Program Terms on its website, but participants are responsible for reviewing the current Program Terms periodically.
13. Privacy
Participation in The Pack may involve collection and use of information relating to account activity, purchases, subscription engagement, application usage, educational content engagement, pet profile information, and other loyalty program interactions. Such information will be processed in accordance with PetLabCo.®’s Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLabCo.® shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, technical errors, inaccurate point calculations, unavailable rewards, system failures, unauthorized account access, or other issues relating to participation in The Pack. THE PACK IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLabCo.® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to The Pack. In no event shall PetLabCo.®’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to The Pack exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
15. Governing Terms
Except as expressly stated herein, participation in The Pack remains subject to PetLabCo.®’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable PetLabCo.® policies. These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state specified in PetLabCo.®’s Terms of Service.
